Weekly Meal Planner
Our Meal Planner gives you a suggested menu for the week and also includes a blank version to adjust the meal order or add additional recipes if you wish.
1-Week Batch Plan
Our weekly batch cook plan includes easy-to-follow instructions, time estimates and a list of equipment to cook and store your food.
8 Delicious Recipes
Each week, receive 5 plant-based batch recipes. Use these prepped foods to make the additional 3 recipes provided in your weekly plan—for a total of 3 meals and 1 snack a week.
Shopping List & Batch Calculator
Your shopping list includes all of the ingredients needed to make all 8 of the recipes in your weekly plan, as well as a Batch Calculator to adjust the quantities of ingredients if you want to make additional batches.
Ingredient Substitution Guide
Whether you’ve got picky eaters or are missing an ingredient, there’s no need to panic! Substitutions are easy with this handy dandy guide that offers alternatives for every ingredient in our recipes.
Live Cooking Class
Join us live in our private Facebook Group weekly—straight from our kitchen to take you through one of the weekly recipes and answer your questions. If you’re unable to join the live session, you can watch the recording at a later time.
