Our whole foods, plant-based recipes are easy to adapt to your family's needs. Plus we include allergen information for soy, gluten, nut and oil free diets in every recipe and provide alternatives for swaps. Plus, find another option for every ingredient in each of our recipes in our Ingredient Substitution Guide (included in every membership). We know variety is the spice of life so our weekly plans contain a mix of cuisines, including Latin, Asian and Italian flavors.

Our live, virtual cooking classes showcase one or more of the recipes from the current Batch Cooking Club plan. Our founder, Stephanie Dreyer, leads you through the recipe(s) in just about 20 minutes. Classes take place in real time so you can ask questions and interact virtually.
