Easy Pico de Gallo

Easy Pico de Gallo

Prep time: 10 minutes

Makes about 1 ½ cups

 

Ingredients:

2 Roma tomatoes , finely chopped

½ yellow onion , finely chopped

4 tablespoons cilantro , finely chopped

½ the juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

 

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. Taste and add more lime juice and salt, as needed.

Spoiler Alert: Easy Pico de Gallo will stay fresh in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
