You can't go wrong with a simple salad dressing. This Italian Vinaigrette is a great option to batch on the weekend, making it an easy topper for salads, bowls and pastas all week long. We especially love it on our Week 4 Mediterranean Orzo Salad.
Makes about a 1/2 cup.
¼ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp oregano
Pinch salt and pepper
1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Spoiler Alert: Italian Vinaigrette will stay fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
