It's time for another sneak peek at our upcoming member menu and meal plan! Whether your whole family is vegan or not, our plant-based recipes are easily adaptable for everyone and curated with just that in mind. This week's menu has got it all. From an Asian-inspired sheet pan meal to an Italian pot pie, I know you're going to love the lineup.

Our members receive a new meal plan every Wednesday morning so they have time before the weekend to finalize what else they're cooking for the week, grocery shop, and meal prep by Sunday.

Butternut Squash & Wild Rice Stew
Italian Alfredo Pot Pie
Sheet Pan Peanut Tofu & Vegetable Bowls with Ginger Sesame Brown Rice
I can't get enough of butternut squash this time of year and often swap it for potatoes in fillings. This week, I used it as a stand-in in our Butternut Squash & Wild Rice stew. It makes a huge batch so I'm looking forward to lunch leftovers all week.
We've also got an Italian Alfredo Pot Pie on the menu. Let me keep it real: I strongly dislike pot pies. Mushy peas and carrots oozing out of a dry pie crust is not my thing...so I reinvented my kind of pot pie in this Italian inspired version that starts with crispy garlic chickpeas. Broccolini, sun-dried tomatoes and baby spinach also get tossed into the mix for a savory filling that is fresh and full of texture. Our Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce gets poured on top and my, oh my, is it delicious!
As the only vegan in the house, I've included suggestions in the plan for all of these recipes to please non vegans so that you can close your "restaurant kitchen" and all eat the same meal each night.
Making it Happen
In addition to this done-for-you meal plan, we also include a step-by-step prep plan to speed up dinner during the week. If you're following our plan, here's what you can look forward to batch cooking on the weekend:
Butternut Squash & Wild Rice Soup: I often like to include a "done for you" meal in the prep plan so that you have at least one meal you can reheat and serve during the week. This week, this is it!
Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce: This pasta sauce has layers of flavor, including roasted garlic cloves. While the garlic roasts, a few other ingredients get simmered on the stove before blending it all together for this luscious, creamy sauce that we're serving over pasta this week and also in our pot pie.
Ginger Sesame Brown Rice: This recipe gives your regular brown rice an upgrade and pairs deliciously with our Sheet Pan Tofu & Vegetable Bowls on the menu this week.
Peanut Sauce: This sauce is getting to work as a marinade for an Asian-themed sheet pan meal this week and is equally delicious as a dipping sauce. Get the recipe here.
