It's more bang for your batch in this week's plan with our Chipotle Black Beans. We're using them in both our Chipotle Black Bean Sheet Pan Nachos and Cuban-style Black Bean Burrito Bowls. That's two meals with just one batch!

In addition to this done-for-you dinner plan, we also include a done-for-you prep plan so you don’t have to start from scratch with cooking every night. Prep for success in less than 2 hours once a week. If you're following our plan, here's what you can look forward to batch cooking on the weekend:
Chickpea Curry Burger Patties: These Indian-inspired veggie burgers are an aromatic alternative to the traditional plant patty.
Chipotle Black Beans: A batch of these smoky beans is just the thing for tacos, nachos, or a burrito bowl.
Chipotle Lime Crema: This tangy sauce is getting drizzled over a sheet pan of nachos this week. Get the recipe here.
Cilantro Lime Rice: This zesty rice is the base of our burrito bowls this week.
Ginger Garlic Dressing: Whether it's used as a sauce, dressing or marinade, the combination of ginger, garlic and tahini makes this a zippy choice for your Asian-inspired dishes. We're featuring it this week in our new slaw lettuce wraps.
Mango Salsa: Sometimes fresh is all that will do, and that's how I feel about salsa, especially this particular version full of fresh bites of mango. It's the perfect condiment on this week's burrito bowls.
